From the opening bell to the final round, Beyond 227 and 400 enthusiastic supporters brought Father Stuart Long's sense of urgency and call to action to eternal life! Emblematic of Father Stu's legacy, there was energy and focus deeply felt by all those present June 9 th , 2023, at the Helena Civic Center. Laughter and tears, joy and reverence, great food and drink abounded. The Catholic faith was represented by priests, deacons and parishioners, but there were believers and doubters, business leaders and laymen, young and old, Californians to Virginians, Montanans to Texans, all in communion with one another! That is what I found most providential - the cross section of culture and society present that night was reminiscent of the souls that waited patiently, lining the hall and out the doors of the Big Sky Nursing Home and beyond room 227.
